Alongside my English degree, my background in the NHS includes working closely with psychologists and psychiatrists, allowing me to develop strong insights into mental health, therapeutic practices, and the support systems people need to thrive. I also bring years of hands-on experience working with ADHD and Autistic clients, giving me a deep understanding of neurodiversity.
Beyond that, I’ve always had a passion for writing and content creation. After graduating from university (too many years ago!), I created my own lifestyle blog as a creative outlet. Before long, I began collaborating with brands and creating sponsored posts, giving me valuable experience in digital marketing, brand partnerships, and audience engagement. Although things have changed and developed since then, this unique combination of skills means I bring a thoughtful, tailored approach to everything I do. Whether it’s creating content, managing business operations, or supporting professionals in the therapy and psychology fields, I offer a skill set that truly stands out.
